We offer a hassle-free 30-day money-back guarantee for returns and/or exchanges. Returned items must be in new and sellable condition with original packaging materials and documentation for a full refund.
Items that have been altered (includes ring sizing), missing stones, or damaged are considered non-refundable.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNING AN ITEM FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE
1. Please contact us and include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. You can message us using various methods below. We will respond to your request usually within the hour or the same day.

2. Once approved, go to USPS.com, purchase and print out a shipping label for the return or exchange. Package the item with care to avoid any damage during transit. Drop off the package at your local post office with the shipping label attached.
3. Once the item is received and meets our return or exchange policy, we will process your refund within 1 business day. Refunds can take 5-7 business days to post to your account dependent upon your bank's policy.
